LOCKDOWN VOUCHER
Here is a report from our Horley church on how they spent their £50.
Today I also have a lady coming to collect the Tesco Voucher on behalf of a local project called Forest Row Community Fridge. The project was started up to stop food waste but due to the pandemic has evolved into a local independent food bank supporting over 230 people in Forest Row and surrounding villages.
Unlike most food banks you don't need to prove you are in
need with vouchers or documents. Again due to the pandemic they are
delivering food parcels to families doors on a weekly basis. This has
made a huge difference during these uncertain times.
